If you read my last statement, I'm not letting management off the hook, particularly in the Ottawa situation, I don't like that loyalty doesn't exist in sports any more on either side of the equation. Atlanta traded him because he was going to leave when his contract expired anyway, so they were cutting their losses and trying to at least get something in return.

But if he had signed with your team he would be a great guy who just wants to play in front of great fans.

No, if he signed with my team, he'd be another overpaid underachiever, just like everyone else on the team
