Going to LA after Christmas for 10 days.

Just got my tickets for the Rose Bowl, sitting in row 13 in the endzone.(Stubhub rocks) This one is going to cost me with my wife. I picked the Rose Bowl and I have to suffer the crowds at not the happiest place on earth(Disneyland).

Hangin with Jack at the Lakers against the Knicks. Kind of funny went to NY in March and saw the Knicks and now again in LA.

Enjoy the vacation. Most people I know that have gone to a college bowl game say there's no experience like it. I'm sure the Rose Bowl is near the top of the list!

I've heard the Rose Bowl game is great ...but the Rose Bowl stadium itself is a piece of crap, apparently.

Lakers v Knicks should be good, though. Haven't been to Staples for basketball (just hockey) but the way the Lakers do the lighting and such (light up the court and darken the stands) is cool.

Nice! I've always wanted to go to the Rose Bowl! Love the history of the game and would be cool as heck to head to a bowl game on my birthday, New Year's day but I know that since Jan 1 falls on a Sunday the game is being played on Jan 2nd.
