I'm not enthused about it either but I feel a lot better about shelling out an additional $150 for CFL over any other league as at least its not padding the pockets of athletes making 10 mil/ year or owners of teams that are worth billions.

Going into the home Red Blacks game on July 9th I'm hoping we are 3-1 but more then likely will be 2-2 as we have Redblacks, Winnipeg and BC on the road and Montreal at home....

The way I see it is that this is going to put more money in the pockets of the franchises, with extra payoff games at nicer weather times and the players as they'll be getting more game cheques. Both of these should help us to attract and retain talent...

It's really only adding one playoff position while adding more home games for the teams. To me this makes expansion far more attractive to potential franchises and I'm assuming that is the end goal....
