Not laughing at greenwhite management about this one...Mo Price hasn't demonstrated the greatest character, but it's hard to see how they could have forecasted this.
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

I just think its funny cause of how they dodged some of their vet bonus's by cutting them, then they have to shell out for one that never played a game for them. There were warning signs all over the place about this guy, you can guarantee EH wouldn't have touched him with a 10' pole.

Just a 7th round pick but with their sad Canadian depth even a 7th rounder would have been nice to have.
HAHA even better. **** the riders!@

What goes around comes around, couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch meddlesome poachers. Now they have a hole in their receiving corps and have paid out the signing bonus as well! LOL!

I am for sure laughing at the Riders on this one. They cut a lot of guys before they were due bonuses, or they restructured contracts to help out with the cap (Durant). The Riders have now had Price and Heenan both retire this close to camp, it makes you really wonder about the people that are currently in charge there. Both of these players had to have some sort of bonus that was paid out before they retired and it now counts against this year's cap.

Who they hell are they going to get to catch the ball? The only receiver that they have left with any experience is Bagg, and he has been the short side wide out his entire career. Makes big catches at times mostly because he was the forgotten guy in the coverage, but has never been the go to guy.

They do have Chiles as well he is a talented guy but after that they don't have much in terms of offence

Yikes! One of rookie GM Jones' first moves turns out to be a dud. Maybe he isnt as good of a GM as he is a coach??? Who knew? I dont blame the guy though, I wouldnt want to commit 6 months in Regina either.

That is pretty funny but then Mo did always seem like a real flake. Talented but a flake...

Bagg, Chambers, and Nic Demski as nationals / Chiles and Kendial Lawrence vet Americans and don't forget Naaman Roosevelt who came on late last year

I wouldn't say they have nothing at receiver

I don't think that Heenan was back in the fold? Didn't he still have NFL aspirations?

Compared with pretty much any other team, that's awfully thin. We'll see how quickly they can take on leading roles.

I think the fan base had more or less assumed Heenan was on his way back to Regina from the NFL, but then he retired.
