Something about Barker rubs me the wrong way though he has brought some good talent to the league. I think the talk is all academic though because DM is our GM and won't be going anywhere.

I'd bring him in purely based on the talent he has recruited. The guy has a great track record for it and the way Paul Jones is going, it wouldn't hurt for a change.

Because DM really, really sucks. Because DM is incompetent. Because DM cannot manage assets. Because DM cannot draft. Because DM treats talented players and legends like crap. Because nobody respects DM.

Barker at least has a shred of cred.

This makes to much sense from an Eskimo standpoint right now.

I think our next hire will be Greta the Lunch Room Lady as Head Canadian Scout and Jerry the Groundskeeper as director of scouting. They have about as much football knowledge as RL does anyways.
