    Adarius Bowman Released by Winnipeg! Would he be a good fit at least for now at WR?

    Would the Eskimos consider bringing him in for a look? I know he had issues with dropping passes in the past and has been benched for most of the last month but even with that was still the Bombers 2nd leading receiver.
    Maybe a change in scenery could help?

      Only a couple of minor charges involving drug possession in his past.

      I'm afraid he may not hold up to Tillman's high standards.

                Naylor thinks the Esks may have interest. When Tillman was in Saskatchewan when Bowman was. I think there's a good chance he comes in here. Love his size at 6'3".

                  he has it all - except the ability to catch when it counts - drove us nuts - drove WPG nuts - but has the potential to be one of the top receivers in the CFL

                    I would give him a tryout, much more upside than Armstead. Good speed for a big guy and I've seen him throw some good blocks after another rec. has caught the ball. Can get open and is used the the CFL game. Just the hands thing. When KP came here he had the same rep , and proved a lot of doubters wrong. Maybe a change of scenery might help Bowman. Plus our rec are getting the heck knocked out of them, might help to have a guy at 225.

                        I look at it this way. There are 3 games left in the season. The Esks are a bad football team. What harm does it do having a look at the guy? IMO when a team like the Esks that lacks talent especially at the receiver position, the Esks should be looking under every stone.
                        Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.

                            WE only got one really great year from KP. I would not bring him in as he drops balls too much. I assume he is an import so the more reason not to bring him in.

                              Nope Bowman will not be playing for any other team in 2010. If a player is released after the trade deadline he is done for the season. No other CFL team can pick him up
