Re: OK, Now Who's The Best QB In The CFL?
I think it's a two fold question, who is the most consistant over a long period of time or who is the one with the best support in the big games. I always think that AC and RR are 2 of the best day in and day out and they both can look excellent when they have that little bit of extra time their O line can provide but they can both spend time on their ass looking up if the protection and receivers aren't doing their jobs. Anyways those 2 guys are my pick for best QB in the CFL.

As an esks fan, I'm inclined to say RR, but Lulay is making a case. As a younger guy, he exhibits none of the hesitation that Ray does. Ray will almost never throw to a receiver unless he is free and clear, while Lulay will throw a ball up to let his receiver make a play. Same reason I admired Burris for a few years, particularly the years he had Copeland around.

Agree with you. Lulay is an all around qb. He's got good vision, great scrambling ability, and a heck of an arm. Much like Hank, Lulay needs to win the big game before he's considered that top flight qb, but I believe this guy could be the future great one in the league.Originally posted by jimvinny View PostAs an esks fan, I'm inclined to say RR, but Lulay is making a case. Let's wait to see Lulay win a playoff game before we anoint him."This year, we did what we were supposed to do. We fought as a team. We fought as a team. And the fact is, we gotta go back and go to work, to make sure we finish this next time. That's all we gotta do. This right here makes us stronger. Let's understand who we are as a team. Let's understand this right here makes us stronger." - Ray Lewis, January, 2012.

AC. Still
RR's skills have been in a slow decline for a few seasons now. There are things he does still that are real good and sometimes great, but in order for him to play at the level we've seen in years past, he requires the perfect storm around him. He is a good "stats" QB, meaning you will see consistent completion percentages, and plenty of movement between the 20's, but now under his 6th OC, the offence still struggles to consistently put up points game in and game out.I will not, for a moment longer, support an organization who chooses to cowardly kneel where they once fiercely & proudly stood

The difference is that Ray requires lots of protection to excell. "Some" is not enough.Originally posted by Section N View PostWith some protection, RR all the way.I will not, for a moment longer, support an organization who chooses to cowardly kneel where they once fiercely & proudly stood
