Official 2012 EskFans CFL Pool Thread

Hi all,

Now that the preseason is done, it's time to put your CFL expertise to the test! The CFL pool is back, this year maintained by yours truly. It's pretty simple: click on "CFL Pool" in the yellow bar under the main menu, and you'll get a chance to predict the scores of this week's games.

Scoring works as follows (someone correct me if I'm wrong):

* predict the winner correctly: 2 points
* predict either one of the team's scores correctly: bonus 1 point
* predict both team's scores correctly: an extra bonus 1 point (for a total of 5)

If you have any questions or suggestions or reminders to post scores and games, PM me, and I'll get on it. I'll try to post a reminder in this thread every week to get your predictions in.

Guys, it's crucial that we do this, and do it well this year. In 2011 a Rider fan (GreenNHung) put us to shame by winning the Esksfans CFL pool! Let's not let that happen again

Looks like no one picked all four winners this week...in fact, only one of us (out of 28!) managed to pick three of the four. That gives Esk Reporter the early lead, with 6 points.

Next week's games are posted. I'll try to give you another reminder in this thread a day before the first game, but no promises!

Yeah, that would be nice... remembering to do it every week seems to be tough at my advanced age... and is even tougher when you're closer to the bottom of the table than the top
