From what I'm hearing, Vancouver is holding a presser later this afternoon where it's expected they'll announce the firing (resigning?) of Marc Crawford.

I heard somewhere that next year all the refs will have to wear lids... Fraser might as well just retire, cause will that glue he puts in his hair, if he worked up any kind of a sweat that helmet would be welded on permanentlyOriginally posted by 5goridersgo5They can just save it for the next time Kerry Fraser refs a game in Vancouver.
Look. We can go round and round about this all the live long day. Let's keep it simple. I embody amazement. Can you dig on that? Good. Then meet me on the corner of rock and roll, and bring a flask of something that burns.

Re: Crow Canned?
Crawford in TO seems like a good fit... I think he'd jump at that considering he's taking over a team that missed the playoffs and would be working for a GM that's under the gun to correct a lot of his own mistakes. Sounds like a can't lose situation.
Team does good, Crawford looks like the hero. Team does bad - time to fire the GM not the coach...Hope, at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are
