You know, everybody is saying that it's ET's way or th highway but if you can't stand up to your GM and say "hey, I want to win and that's the bottom line so we are starting MN" then what kind of leader are you? The unspoken assumption is that the black coach can't stand up to the white GM or else he will be canned but I don't buy it. This isn't the 1950's.

Seems fair, but I truly believe there are more than a handful of people in the organization (especially players) that aren't here - not because of ability, but because they had an open opinion of ET that wasn't very positive.
Hope, at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are

You might be right but if you don't have the mental toughness to stand up to a dictator and accept the consequences then you are not a very good choice as leader. Leadership is difficult and demanding at the best of times but if you are a sheep then don't look forward to swimming with the sharks too long. Appeasement doesn't work.

"OK, guys, get after Joseph. But when you get to him, ease up a bit. Take him down gently. Knocking him out of the game will put us in a bad position."

That was more of a comment about a player that is still on the team, IMO.

You mean, comparing to a cr*p player that IS on the team? And noticing that their level of success is the same?
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

Agreed. Maybe Kavis isn't the right guy after all...

Can you really blame him if he is hampered by his GM? It's like living in Germany during the war.
If we were put on this earth to help others, what were the others put on earth for?

I thought the same thing. Way too early for the onside. Didn't show a lot of confidence in the ability of the defence to hold them and get the ball back.

Obviously about as long as it takes for you to figure out that I'm making a comparison to crap players that are currently on the team.

Tillman went all in with Jyles and Joseph, and he's hell bent to see it through. There is no room in the spotlight for anyone else.
That's my thoughts on the Nichols start to.. Kind of throw a bone to the dogs type of thing

As pointed out, by many.. Reed is making plenty of mistakes on his own without tillmans hampering

I'd like to think he is, but maybe last year was a fluke.. Mayb I buy into his passion to much, cold calculated coaching.. Trestman, huff, seems to be the way to go..

If you have an injury on your throwing hand, your not 100%

                              Shouldn't even be out there

Unfortunatly reed has nailed his season reputation and prob job to a 39 year old guy and he is prob gonna pay the price
