    Elks @ Greenwhites Friday September 16 @ 7:30

Forgive my graphic quality—I seem to have lost the ability to upload higher quality pictures.

Here's Decoud on a watermelon floatie:

Corny's starting fresh off a two-year extension. However Ford will be dressed and may get reps.

Nyles Morgan will play so hopefully we can stop Hickson.

This is a must-win game for us. If we lose, Sask clinches 4th place in the West.

Nice to see our guys back out in the community

They took a hit on DL when they cut Marino; however, they still have a good DL and we still have a shaky OL, so I think that will be the key.

Oh, and don't let Alford touch the ball!

Do Morgan and Lacey make it through the game? Both those guys have been in and out of the line up a TON this year. This will be another game where I expect to see Cornelius running for his life.

Is the experiment of Carter at corner slowly coming to an end FINALLY? Not listed as a starter finally. Not that I have a ton of confidence in Harry.
Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.

Hope, at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are

I can't see Harry starting. Been released by the Lions & Argos already. A national that was a 5th rd draft pick of Toronto. CJ fudging the lineup at least hopefully. I have no idea why Carter is on the D side. Might still help this team if he played receiver.

Can't I have a moment!! I was rejoicing Carter not listed as a starter.

Sadly, you are probably right. I don't get why the Carter experiment has continued this long.

Your absolutely correct with Harry and Carter , the only reason Carter is here is because he makes the league minimum and jones loves him for whatever reason , anybody else and he would be gone after game 1

The question with these two guys and many others , are they really hurt or I’m guessing it’s more than Jones is playing his little games and the salary cap

I think Carter is here because of Jones's arrogance. Jones likes big, athletic guys. Carter is 6'5, 205 so he has the size Jones would like to see. IMO, Jones's thinks he's a good enough coach that he can change Carter into a DB. I would much rather Carter be on the offensive side of the ball playing the position he's probably been playing since he was a kid.

As a kid it must have been something for Duron to play catch with his Dad. Not many can say their Pop is an NFL hall of famer.

Absolutely! Could the Elks use a 6'5, 205 receiver that can go up and pull down one of Cornelius at times high and outside passes? YES! Not like the Elks offense is this unstoppable, scoring machine.

If I recall, the experiment started in Saskatchewan because McAdoo couldn't stand him being anywhere around his offence. I can't imagine he's changed his stance much.

I actually thought Harry had a decent game on LD against the Stumps...had a couple of pass knockdowns on some long attempts IIRC.
