    Game #16 vs the Bombers

our chances of making the playoffs are 1 in 1 million...... "so you're saying there's a chance"

with a big W here and a Stamps loss, we will put ourselves in a much better position.

Odds aren't that bad. Win 3 in a row including 2 of which being at home where they now have a winning record and Calgary lose one of the next two games (at Hamilton, vs. Toronto) continuing their current 5 game losing streak and that's all it takes.

Odds aren't good, but it's not one in a million territory. Just win baby and winning by 14 tomorrow increases those odds even more as Winnipeg has tough games to finish out as well vs. Sask and Montreal.

TO will be a pushover for the rest of the season, I think; they're going with Doege as their starter with Kelly and Arbuckle both on the shelf. But on current form, I don't see Calgary beating Hamilton. That would mean we likely have to go 3-0. But then we'd be in.
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

Well, Bo and the entire TiCats team lay an egg at home. I think we're done.

Well fricken shiet. Great momentum shift with that pick from Ross. Then… was it just me or absolutely brutal clock management with approx what was it? 38 seconds to go? and try get 7pts. Wasted to about 18 seconds before snapped. Garbage. Ran like one play or two . Then fine, settle for FG. Then botch the FG

            Uhhhh…

EE have the ball at the 35 with 30 seconds left, run a horrible screen pass 7 yards behind the LOS, slow to get to the line. Then Fajardo RUNS, you have no more timeouts so you have to kick, you take a time count, and you miss a FG.

            thats some horrendous clock management.

Why the hell did they quit on the season series at the end of the game??? I’m absolutely baffled!

i was pondering why Fajardo was a bit livid with Killam at the end there, i just reaized this was what that was about yeah? Shoulda been all gas no brakes. That season series pretty darn important at this point

....because we were allowed to win the game, but not the season series. As soon as we went up by the 15 we needed, we got officiated right out of the game, starting with the RTP call. It was obvious, and deliberate.

We will wind up tied with Winnipeg when this is all over, and they will get the crossover. Book it.

that was some bull**** officiating right there... I love Edmonton, but its getting harder and harder to support the league.

I thought we needed a 14 point victory to win the season series but what would have happened if we went for a TD and 2 point conversion finishing the game with a 13 point victory. We should have then been tied with Winnipeg in the head to head AND the points for tie breaker. What’s the next deciding factor in that case, wins in the division??

Can’t understand why we didn’t try for the TD instead of punting, looked like Kilam was trying to figure it out tho because it took a looong time for our punting unit to start running out.

Ok, a day later I’m still upset that they didn’t go for the series. Even if the tie in points scored didn’t get them the season series, there was still enough time to go hurry up and have a snowballs hope (tiny albeit) of getting the ball back on a short kickoff and having a shot at another point or 3. That would be the equivalent of a 1/2 point in the standings and that’s huge! I get not wanting to give the bombers good field position but winning the season series in the balance to me is worth it!

I guess my point is if you want to prove that you’re ready to take a big step GO ******* GET IT!! They quit for the 2 points which lowers their playoff hopes by A LOT. Christ guys! Should have given themselves a chance to win that series!

Old Blanchard showed up. Garbage. Almost cost us the game.
the third FG attempt was beyond pathetic.
                            we need a new kicker.

I think your wrong , a young kicker is gonna go thru these ups and downs , just the learning process , I think Blanchard will be ok
