Not heard about any trouble, inside or outside the locker room from messam post his nfl stint

Hope, at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are

Yup Messam is a nut ... signed Paris Jacksons Jaw.

Doesn't mean it isn't there ... as long as Messam gets touches he will be reasonable ... as soon as he doesn't he pouts, which turns to anger and that turns to locker room fights. I for one am expecting for him to blow a gasket at the end of the season when he realizes that he is #3 on the depth chart and will not see the ball much.
Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that.

I think the pulling himself off the field had more to do with him being sorta outta shape.

The Stamps claim its because of Federkill's injury that they will be forced to go 2 Imports on the Oline.. If the Stamps backfield is BOTH Messam and Cornhole - then wow. That is going to be a tough game.

We've faced Messam and we've faced Cornish, and beaten them both. I would rather face Messam than Cornish, and I doubt we'll see them both on the field at the same time.

Between them and Ottawa I think they've had a total of 72 kickers on their teams this year!

when I asked about the Messam trade I was told "he's Montreal's problem now". That was enough evidence for me

The fact he's been traded like 62 times should speak volumes as well.
Only reason he's still around is he's a ratio changer. And an ok RB too, I guess.

Messam is the type of RB that I wouldn't want on the Eskimos but I also don't like him being on the Stamps either. In the long run he'll be bad in the locker room, but in one game he could do something dangerous...and our season with Calgary will come down to one game.

Jerome is a perfect example of someone that has the potential and the history to play an amazing game, but when he's bad or his head isn't in the right place that day...he absolutely sucks.
Pulls himself off when he's winded, drops, bad blocking, missed assignments, breaking teammate's jaws, pissing and moaning in the locker room...all examples of what he does on a bad day.
When he's on his game though, he'll rumble for 40 yards with three guys on his back and not even think twice about it. It's like Hank and Frank only it's Messam and Messy...

Yeah, I guess I just think that given all that's transpired for him since his time with the Esks, that maybe he's been able to mature. He appears to have been a good team mate in Sask this year.

But at the end of the day I have to trust that Ed and Chris did their due diligence and decided not to bring him in.

I thought as well that when JM signed with Montreal it was in the 120 to 150k range so not sure

Yeah, i think the D can stop Messam and Cornish... as long as they have enough guys in the box. When they had enough in the box last game Cornish was stopped. I guess that's just the chess match between CJ and Dick.

Surprised to see Messam is 30. I thought he was 27-28 for some reason. Whatever happened in the locker room considering the things said, or implied, it definitely looked like that bridge was burnt.
